Talent Peaks takes on Project Management

How can you effectively connect more than 55,000 employees with 15,000 clients from 200 locations in 17 countries using HR service? This was the question that Trenkwalder International AG asked themselves, when their country-specific recruiting process could no longer meet their needs.

This situation asked for a recruiting system that could support a global blueprint.

To help realise the need for this globally standardised solution Talent Peaks stepped in alongside Connexys, the main project partner, and Entero, Salesforce CRM implementation expert, to take the reigns on the project management. In close collaboration with the project and program management people of Trenkwalder, Talent Peaks helped to realise this project.
