The latest webinar in this series spotlighted Whatfix which optimizes onboarding and training and support processes. Joram Timmerman, Talent Peaks Managing Partner and Rachel van den Berg, Talent Peaks Consultant, presented the webinar while Antony Smits, Connexys Marketing Sales Development Representative, served as the moderator.

To demonstrate the strength of Whatfix, the webinar focused on how the application can be used to aid the users of Connexys systems. In this case, Whatfix served to optimise the user journey of Connexys users through daily support as they navigate themselves around the Connexys system. After a practical introduction by Antony and Joram, Rachel gave a live demonstration of Whatfix inside the

Connexys Resource Manager.
